At Small Wonders 3D, all products are made with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our items, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns once production has started.

This includes:

  • Custom STL file prints

  • Custom sizes or modifications

  • Special requests or personalized items

Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging

We will review the case and offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full or partial refund

3. Production Issues

Minor imperfections may occur due to the nature of resin 3D printing and/or hand painting. These do not qualify as defects unless they significantly impact the appearance or usability of the item.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before production begins

  • Once production has started, cancellations are not guaranteed

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
